Nicholas Latimer was featured in a Research Assistant Q&A from UBC Psychology

In the interview, Nicholas relates how he joined the Social Health Lab after taking Dr. Chen’s PSYC 218 course and speaking to a student at PURC who was completing her honours thesis in the lab. As a study coordinator, he especially enjoys having the opportunity to engage with research participants, and he finds it fulfilling to see progress unfold on the studies that he’s working on. To other undergraduate students looking to get involved in research, he suggests seeking out diverse research experiences and not feeling limited to working in psychology labs alone.

Thanks, Nicholas, for sharing your experiences in the lab!
